Hope Gala

The Hope Gala is an annual fundraiser put on by Generations Adoptions. The night is full of entertainment and a silent auction. There is a raffle and a potato bar (my favorite!) It was such a blessing to be apart of this night and see the blessing of Adoption in action.

What do you get when you mix Christmas, Veteran's Day, National Bubble Bath appreciation day & every other holiday imaginable? My best friend's surprise 21st birthday party :) Cassie loves holidays and dressing up so we thought why not mix the two and have a party?

Sweet Friends

I've had the blessing of getting to know some pretty amazing people at Highland. These girls are two of my favorites. Emily was in the very first H20 group that I led and I've had the privilege to watch her grow up as an amazing woman of God. Maizeanne was in my first college small group & is now Emily's H20 leader. Love it when worlds collide ;)

Chicken!

I love pretty much everything about Waco. It has been such a wonderful place to live the past four years. One thing Waco has been lacking is a good chicken place! For some reason everyone here is obsessed with putting gravy on their chicken fingers & fries. What's up with that?!?! This past summer someone heard my winning and put a Raising Cane's by Wal Mart! I'm converting Wacoians one person at a time ;)
